Jewelbombs appear in Pikmin X: Deep Freeze. It has two legs, and a grasping tail that it uses to roll bomb rocks towards Pikmin like bowling balls, which are able to knock Pikmin over as they move. Because the creature can not generate bombs of its own, it intercepts bomb rocks placed or thrown by Pikmin to send back at them; otherwise, it can use its tail to stab Pikmin that come too close and can eat up to three of them at a time.

Jewelbombs are strange enemies that appear in Pikspore. The Jewelbomb is a quadrupedal creature that has a jet-black body encrusted with pink gems, and on the top of its body is a long arm ending in a pair of grasping pincers. It carries in its pincers a bomb rock that is infused with a sticky black liquid. When provoked, the Jewelbomb will detonate the bomb rock, causing black slime to coat the surrounding area. Pikmin that walk through it will get stuck and can not be freed unless they are whistled out by a leader. Another bomb rock is generated by the creature shortly after the previous one is used, which occurs even when the Jewelbomb is dead.
