The Ravenous Bulbear, in Pikmin: Global Breakdown, is a Spotty Bulbear that has transformed through irritation into a ravenous state by a breakdown patch. This harsh creature foams at the mouth and jumps rapidly at its enemies. When it screams and turns rabid, its veins bulge and its skin reddens. In this state, it rips apart all living beings in its way. Hiding is strongly advised while a Ravenous Bulbear is in its rabid state because it can kill leaders in one bite, its mouth is big enough to eat thirty Pikmin in one gulp, and it does not take time to chew in between bites. When its mouth is full, throw a Pikmin at it to knock it off balance and make it spit out the Pikmin between its jaws.
