Spoiled Mound is a cave located at Rust Labyrinth. It takes place in a dusty cavern area and is the debut of the Mold hazard and the Cleaner Pikmin that dwells there. The boss is the Moldstool.

A standard cavern area. The fire geysers are the main obstacle, and the Fiery Blowhog makes its first appearance holding a treasure.

Mold vents make their debut, but must be avoided as they can not yet safely be destroyed.

This area has more vents, but luckily the Cleaner Pikmin can deal with those.

Fire and mold are now combined, find the proper counters to these hazards.

In the final level of the cave, the Moldstool wanders this large area filled with fire geysers and Olive Bulblings. Upon death, the Moldstool drops the Fire Insulator, which, upon collection, grants leaders with fire resistance.
