Zombmin are hostile, undead Pikmin that previously appeared in Pikmin 5: Adventure Awaits, specifically in Survival Mode. They would have turned Pikmin against leaders on contact, spreading the zombie virus. Each Zombmin has the resistance and voice of its living counterpart, although its voice is low-pitched and distorted.

The Zombie Pikmin is a rare phenomenon in Pikmin: Gold/Silver/Bronze that occurs when a Pikmin is attacked by a zombie creature such as a Zombie Sheargrub. They have gray skin and a rotten appearance and have wilting and dying leaves, buds, or flowers. Healthy Pikmin that come into contact with a Zombie Pikmin will become one. Zombie Pikmin can not be controlled, only put out of their misery with fire. They lack an Onion and instead emerge from graves.
