Brown Sugar Breadbugs are a species of breadbug that are a little more ferocious and territorial. They look nearly identical to normal Breadbugs, but their blubber is darker and glitters brightly. Brown Sugar Breadbugs move slightly faster than normal Breadbugs, so they are a bit more difficult to attack. They will eat Pikmin instead of ignoring them. Once it has spotted its prey, the Brown Sugar Breadbug will rush over to attack. Brown Sugar Breadbugs have a stale shell around them, but it breaks after taking two hits from Red Pikmin, Blue Pikmin, Yellow Pikmin or Cyan Pikmin, four hits from White Pikmin, or a single hit from a Purple Pikmin. Once its shell breaks, the Brown Sugar Breadbug can be attacked freely; it may even be swarmed. In the Loaf Chamber, three Brown Sugar Breadbugs are to be defeated for the final boss to be summoned. Captain Olimar can assist in carrying a Brown Sugar Breadbug's corpse back to an Onion.
