The Cavern of Frigidness is the first cave in the Valley of Creatures, an area in Pikmin: Planetary Evolution. Icy Pikmin are discovered here, through the use of Frigid Candypop Buds, and are necessary to fight ice-based enemies. This cave contains four treasures.

Floor 2
One treasure, the Solid Blizzard, an ice pack worth 
× 500, is on this sublevel.
Floor 3
- 3x Frigid Dweevil
- 2x Hairy Bulborb
Two treasures are on this sublevel. They are the Healing Tablet, an Advil tablet worth × 500, and the Nausea Vegetable, a green bean worth × 1,000.
Floor 4
- 5x Frigid Dweevil
- 4x Snow Bulborb
Floor 5
- Boss: Frozen Smalast
The final treasure is inside of the Frozen Smalast. It is the Freeze Deflector, which is a piece of wool worth × 3,000 and renders Captain Olimar immune to ice.
