The Firewraith is a creature similar to the Waterwraith, but instead of being made of water, it is made of fire. It falls from above when initially encountered, rolls around on two stone rollers, and focuses on leaders.
Strategy
Much like the Waterwraith and creature similar to it, Purple Pikmin are the ultimate weakness of the Firewraith. However, because the creature's body is made of fire, they will be burned, making Red Pikmin somehow necessary. This is when a Dual Bud is essential, as they temporarily combine the two Pikmin types to make a Red-Purple Pikmin, which can not only make the Firewraith vulnerable but can harm it too. Once the Firewraith's health is fully depleted, its rollers crumble and it begins to run around the area it was fought in, igniting Pikmin it walks through that aren't resistant to fire. Continuing to attack the creature with Red-Purples will eventually result in its defeat and subsequently its disappearance.
