The Metal Pikmin is a species of parasitic Pikmin appearing in Pik. They can enter different types of material to gain different properties depending on the material. Depending on which type of material they enter, Metal Pikmin can break quartz, walk on walls, or melt ice.

The Metallic Pikmin are a friendly chrysanthemum in Pikmin: The Arachnorbs Strike Back that pose as Pikmin. They are unaffected by several hazards and are comparable to Rock Pikmin in their unusual body shape and other characteristics. They don't have arms or legs, and move by sliding very quickly, even faster than a White Pikmin can run, as their bodies are made of an unbreakable slippery material. Its primary attack is biting enemies using its stem-mouth. They are also quite large. As they have no Onions to be stored in, Metallic Pikmin left behind do not die aftersunset, as they bury themselves in the ground.
