The Sprout Sanctuary is a cave in Pikoblitz: Raging Winds. It is Remorse Plateau 2's first cave that consists of a fairly tranquil dungeon layout. The cave contains eight sublevels and fifteen treasures. Six of the sublevels of this dungeon are filled with hazards and/or enemies, while the other two contain Candypop Buds and nectar eggs. The residing boss is a new and demented one, which fits the cave's dim lighting.
