In Pikmin X: Deep Freeze, the Graverobber Snitchbug has a limit on how much it can lift and is unable to revive bodies. Upon attempting to pick up a carcass that weighs more than eight units, a Graverobber Snitchbug will visibly struggle with it before giving up and permanently ignoring it. Pikmin that a thrown corpse lands directly onto will be crushed, and those in its path will merely be knocked around.

Attacks | Throws carcasses at Pikmin, revives enemies |
The Graverobber Snitchbug is a scarpanid in Pikspore that picks up and carries corpses rather than Pikmin. It flies too high to reach even with Yellow Pikmin but can be attacked while it struggles to lift a corpse off the ground. When it returns to the air, a Graverobber Snitchbug may either throw the carcass at Pikmin to knock them around or revive the body before releasing it.
Notes
Olimar
- “The graverobber snitchbug is a scarpanid species distinguishable from its more common relatives by its small stature and translucent exoskeleton, features which have led amateur explorers and sensationalists to mistake the creature for a wandering spirit. Stranger still, it appears to fancy the bodies of the deceased, even utilizing the corpses of nearby beasts as makeshift weaponry. This display of tool use, macabre it may be, is unique amongst the scarpanids, though research on this behavior has stagnated over time.”
