The Poison Breadbug is a species of breadbug in Pikmin: Attack of the Breadbugs that should only be fought with White Pikmin. It resembles the typical Breadbug, but its body is pale purple with white eyes and pupils. As it wanders about, it leaves a trail of white poison powder in its wake. It will refuse to enter water deeper than its ankles. Any Pikmin that touches it, besides White Pikmin, will be poisoned, as will those nearby when the creature shakes excess powder from its body. When defeated, the Poison Breadbug will remain coated in the poison powder, meaning that the body can be carried only by White Pikmin.
