The Luminous Spectralid is a legendary flitterbie that appears in Pikmin: Sinister Incinerator. It is found in Highland Field but has a very rare chance, specifically one in one hundred twenty-eight, to actually appear there. It resembles a massive Unmarked Spectralid with rainbow-colored wings decorated with pink spots. The Luminous Spectralid is very timid and flees when it is so much as approached or threatened. Because of this, it must be snuck up behind and killed before it can get away. If it escapes, it must be found again.
