Unlike most Dweevils, Elder Foundation Dweevils do not use an element. They often pick up smaller elemental Dweevils and place them on their heads to form a tower of Dweevils, but they never pick up other Foundation Dweevils. They have actual arms, so they are likely to be close relatives of the Titan Dweevil.
