Green Bulborbs are a pygmy species of bulborb that were recently discovered. There are no Breadbug mimics of this species as they would be far too small to defend themselves. Only mature Green Bulborbs have been discovered. They are green with black spots and have pale/pink faces. They are about the size of a Bulbmin leader, and similarly to the Bulbmin leaders they never sleep, instead choosing to patrol their territory in search of prey, a habit until now thought reserved for the subspecies known as Bulbears. As pack hunters, Green Bulborbs are dangerous for pygmies and a threat to any creature that unknowingly wanders into their territory unprepared.
The After Years
Up until Pikmin:The After Years there has been no breadbug mimics. Like the Spotty Bulbear, this Bublorb has Dwarf Green Bulborbs following it, but they are significantly weaker than Dwarf Red Bulborbs.

In Pikmin: The Bulblaxian War, Green Bulborbs, unlike their PSI counterparts, are full sized bulborbs that can breathe fire. They share a resemblance to some dragons in folklore, being green and having fire breath. There is one that serves as the "boss" of Curious Cove, holding onto the Central Mosaic.
Olimar's Notes
Green Bulborb
Oculus kageyamii ignis
Grub-Dog Family
This bulborb has an internal organ that produces a chemical substance that burns on contact with air. It also has a 1/1,000,000,000 chance to internally explode.
Ship's Notes
These bulborbs just have the nerve to catch on fire at random times. It even burnt up my Pellet Posy samples (The pikmin are pretty miffed at me) that I was going to study!
Pikmin: Adventure of Fore
In Pikmin: Adventurer of Fore Green Bulborbs look slightly different then in most games. Unlike other breeds of bulbors, this breed hunts during the day and sleeps at night. The reason behind this is still unknown but the most common theory is behind it's most obvious fetcher - it's arms. These arms allow the bulborb to dig up pikmin still planted in the ground. Since it's rare for pikmin to be planted in the ground at night, this is the most possible reason why it's not nocturnal. Thankfully, thhis breed has less health than a normal Red Bulborb.
