Attacks Eats and hits Pikmin

The Enraged Bulborb is a species of grub-dog in Pikmin: Decayed Leaf. The creature is an adult Dwarf Enraged Bulborb, though it has not become any less merciless. It has a black hide with white spots, along with reddish eyes with yellow pupils. Its claws and teeth are extremely sharp, and the bulborb has a large tail on its backside. The tail has a large, stone ball attached to it.

The Enraged Bulborb will patrol a set path around a small nest. The nest may contain treasure, pellets, or even buried Pikmin. If any Pikmin come near the bulborb's nest, the creature will charge at them, eating any in its path. If it misses, it will either come to a halt or, if it can not, ram into an object and be stunned. Sometimes, an Enraged Bulborb can stop itself from ramming into a wall, but it’s very rare. Fur Pikmin can stay latched onto the creature when charging, making them a good counter to the ferocious enemy. Should the Enraged Bulborb roar, it will send all Pikmin into a frenzy and attract nearby Dwarf Enraged Bulborbs. If Pikmin are attacking its backside while it’s not stunned, the bulborb will flick its tail upward, smacking its back and knocking away Pikmin, with a small chance of killing them as well. The best way to attack an Enraged Bulborb is by attacking its sides or tricking it to ram into a wall.

Notes

Olimar's notes

Now an adult, Enraged Bulborbs will build their own nests to foster their young. They bring food to the nests for the first few days. However, the dwarfs will go hunt for food on their own after a while. The creature's stone-like tail is seemingly built manually by the grub-dog, rather than grown naturally. Eerily, it seems Enraged Bulborbs like to torture smaller creatures before killing them; playing with its prey. The species seems to develop its psychopathic tendencies from being passed down from older generations.

Louie's notes

Make sure to remove the tail, claw, and eyes before stuffing a lemon in its mouth and cooking it over a spit roast! Extra spicy!

President’s notes

This giant monster reminds me of my wife; violent and easy to agitate. If she reads this, I’d be better off with the All-Devouring Black Hole Loan Sharks...
