The ultra-neutral spray is a cream-colored spray in Pikmin 2... Again?. It is made using cream-colored Burgeoning Spiderwort berries and is more common than other sprays. When used on Pikmin affected by a hazard, other than those resulting in instant death, they will return to normal. This makes them useful for many situations, such as when affected Pikmin are too far from a leader, or if a Screeching Beetle deafens Pikmin, making the whistle unable to save them.

In Pikmin: Decayed Leaf, ultra-neutral spray can be harvested from berries, or collected through other means. The spray itself has a light gray hue. When used, all Pikmin on the field that are affected by any hazards will immediately return to normal and be teleported to the leader that used the spray. This includes Pikmin buried, drowning, or trapped in adhesive, as they will save themselves and immediately be teleported to the captain.

- “This spray, when used, will cause all of my Pikmin to be removed from dangers, or free them from the hazards that are harming them. The spray sends a signal to the ship to transport all Pikmin back to me, which is pretty helpful if a group of Winged Pikmin get caught in an Arachnode web, or a similar scenario.”
