Bulbowisps are mutated Honeywisps. Completely brown in color and have the bizarre ability to birth live Bulborbs and Bulborb mimics from its body. When you and your Pikmin are nearby, it will release the Bulborb and fly away. They can't create an Emperor Bulblax, an Empress Bulblax, any Darkfreeze enemies or Bulbmin. Sometimes they can even drop multiples.
