The Black Rose Garden is a cavern in the Forest of Peace. It is where Black Pikmin are first discovered. It can only be accessed when Blue Pikmin are found.
Sublevels
Sublevel 1
This room is littered with pools of water. The Red Bar is submerged in one such pool.
Sublevel 2
This room is one big circular space with a pit in the center. The Blues may have some troubles if there aren't very many about, but if you can beat the Bulblax, you will get the Master Tube.
Sublevel 3
This room has a few Withering Blowhogs here, so this can be a very annoying sublevel. One of the Blowhogs has the Advanced Stick.
Sublevel 4
- Mechawog x4
- Dwarf Yellow Bulborb x1
If you go into the level, you may notice something odd: the Mechawog targets and destroys the Breadbug mimic! Terminate the Mechawogs, then collect the Superconductor.
Sublevel 5
This room is similar to the room the Player found White Pikmin in Pikmin 2, except there's a single Lapis Candypop Bud near the ship. In the center are three Shady Candypop Buds, and on the side is the Giant Container, soaked in mud.

- Oily Dweevil x3
- Sticky Blowhog x1
This room is fairly small, with many spiders and a Blowhog scattered about. The Blowhog holds the Nozzle of Power.
Sublevel 7
- Male Shearwig x30
This room is mostly labrynthian, with only one treasure (Dangerous Leaf), and multiple Shearwigs scattered about. Good luck.
Sublevel 8
- Female Shearwig BOSS
This enemy is similar to the one in Pikmin: Sinister Incinerator, except there are fewer regular Shearwigs about. Instead, they are constantly produced by the Female Shearwig. Defeat the monster to get the Burning Flower
