Cinnamon Breadbugs are rare Breadbugs that are worth many Pikmin if encountered and killed. There is a 1/128 chance that after a Breadbug brings a carcass or other object back into its hole, it will pop out as a Cinnamon Breadbug. These have red skin and they give off an odd aura wherever they go. If you can defeat a Cinnamon Breadbug before it drops back into its hole and turns normal again (unless you get the 1/128 chance thing twice in a row) then you can take it to an onion. The body does not give you many more Pikmin than a standard breadbug but it drops a wealth of pellets and sprays!

However, there is one Breadbug Nest near the Flooded Abyss's landing site that has a whopping 20% chance of producing one of these, but instead of nectar and sprays it drops the Diamond Knuckle. It never can appear again in that nest after finding the power-up.

Cinnamon Breadbugs have a one out of two thousand chance to spawn instead of a normal Breadbug in any Territory at any time. They act like can be attacked like any ordinary Breadbug that appears on the surface, but they have twice the health and have the ability to heal over time. Once defeated, Cinnamon Breadbugs may drop a five Pellet. Cinnamon Breadbugs also have a small chance of dropping one or two blobs of Nectar upon defeat. When attacked, Cinnamon Breadbugs release a pink cloud of cinnamon that attracts any dismissed Pikmin and Pikmin in Olimar's control in a certain radius. Captain Olimar can assist Pikmin in carrying the corpse of a Cinnamon Breadbugs.

Pikmin: The Pollution

They act like normal breadbugs, but have twice the health and heal over time. They have 3 times defense also. If you defeat one, it will drop a 100 pellet of a random color. They are the only enemy that drops that.
