This is the dungeon in Pikoblitz: Raging Winds that introduces darkness. Basically, Darkness occurs in very few dungeons, and it makes entire sublevels very dim. The glowing Lime Bulborbs are typically found in these conditions, and the darkness never goes away, meaning you have to venture your way through the floor while enduring enemies.
