Everlasting Engine is the third and final subarea in Fallen Elysium, and the final dungeon in Pikmin ARC altogether. It serves as the final obstacle between the captains and the final bosses, the Toxonion and Armored Artificer. While it appears to be a cave because of the way it is accessed, which is through a hole, it is in fact a dungeon, with a unique system to move between floors, two-way elevators that must be unlocked. These also move around different parts of the Elysium space station, explaining the biome changes. This dungeon is a massive 72 floors deep, necessitating lots of preparation. Due to its position, only Blue Pikmin can enter it, so make sure to stock up on shiny Blues for exactly this moment. | |||
