The Walleech hides inside of conspicuous holes in the sides of walls. Should a Pikmin or leader draw too close, the creature will spring out and devour up to five Pikmin in front of the hole, then quickly retreat back inside. The Walleech's line of sight is rather generous however, and its ambush can easily be thwarted by stopping short of walking past the hole itself, causing the beast to lunge at nothing and leave itself open to attack.
