Olimar

Olimar is one of the main playable characters.

Olimar has balanced stats. He can control the Intelligent Pikmin.

Red

Red is the last Red Pikmin in existence and is very brave. He is the second Pikmin found.

Red is resistant to fire and can hit harder than the other Intelligent Pikmin.

Yellow

Yellow is a Yellow Pikmin. She is very short-tempered and finds Anode Beetles cute.

Yellow is resistant to electricity and can jump much higher than the other Intelligent Pikmin.

Blue

Blue is a flowered Blue Pikmin and grade-A swimmer. He has won many medals in the PikPik Championships.

Blue is resistant to water and can extinguish fires by spitting water through his gills.

Violet

Violet is a protagonist in Pikmin: Power of Eight and a minor character in Fall of Pikmin. She is a Mushroom Pikmin who has been converted to the light. She is very smart and has her own notes in the Piklopedia.

Violet is telepathic, letting her know what an enemy might do so she can take action. She can also target enemies.

Later in the story, Violet is kidnapped, and the heroes set out to rescue her. They find her at the bottom of Fungi Forest, but she is possessed and tries to kill them. In the end, she is rescued, and a parasite on her back crawls off and dies. She wakes up back on the Dolphin.

Purple

Purple is a flowered Purple Pikmin. He can lift boulders and throw them. He has a secret crush on White.

Purple has immense weight, letting him stun or crush enemies he lands on, depending on their size.

White

White is a budded White Pikmin that always looks on the bright side of situations. She was also the first White Pikmin that Olimar and Louie plucked, and survived the events of Pikmin 2.

White is resistant to poison and can breathe poison onto enemies to make them lose health over time.

Grey

Grey is a budded Rock Pikmin who thinks he's tough just because he's a rock.

Grey is immune to being crushed. He can also dig into the ground, damaging anything that treads on him.
