The Gazing Long Legs is a boss appearing in Pikmin 44. It uses its many eyes to hypnotize Pikmin, paralyzing them under its legs, where they are liable to be crushed under its feet. It can put up to 6 Pikmin into a trance every 5 seconds. As with all other crushing enemies, Rock Pikmin are very useful for their resistance to blunt force, though they can still be affected by the Gazing Long Legs' gaze. In addition, the Gazing Long Legs will also occasionally spew out groups of 10 Mitites, with an additional 10 upon its defeat. Occasionally it will rattle its body, replicating the sound of a scream, causing Pikmin to panic.
