The Phosbat is the first member of the Aerodentia family encountered in Pikmin 3. it can eat Pikmin, and disintigrates in light.
Vehemoth Phosbat

The Vehemoth Phosbat is the boss of Distant Tundra. It can eat Pikmin and pick them up.
Fishing Phosbat

Fishing Phosbats are commonly found near a water source, and will occasionally dive into the water to snatch up small fish or Pikmin.
Phosbat Larva
