To do:

Add parameters to make the template automatically categorize pages under the space, A, and B characters in the policies and guidelines category. The two pages currently under the space character can remain there, but specific policies should be under A and guidelines under B.

This template is to be placed at the bottom of policy and guideline pages. It places a navigation box on the bottom of the page, with links to the other policies and guidelines.
