Each element has two enemies, one weak and one strong, one boss, at most two hazards, and one Pikmin.

• Earth: Mud Bulborb, Earthy Groink, His Muddiness, rocks that look like nectar rocks but are actually deadly, mud, Brown Pikmin.
• Air: Floating Buffoon, Flying Buffoon, Exhaler, fog, suction vaccums, White Pikmin.
• Fire: Burnt Breadbug, Heat Specter, Combusting Bulblax, fire geysers, campfires, Red Pikmin.
• Water: Bulbubble Larva, Bulbubble, King Bubbly, lakes, rain, Blue Pikmin.
• Light: Spotlight Specter, Glowing Bulbear, Soul of Shine, spotlights, bright campfires, Glowing Pikmin.
• Darkness: Evil Pikmin, Bulbakage, Kwaadood the Great, evil fog, Black Pikmin.
• Energy: probably Yellow Pikmin.
