Crumble Quarry is the fourth and final area overall in Pikmin Eco, representing the Winter season on the Planet of the Pikmin.

Layout

The area is within a ravine, surrounded by large rocky walls with numerous tunnels leading into the ground. Three entrances (one north, one southeast, and one west) around the rock walls lead down into underground dens and tunnels, lit up by Glowstems. Various Crystal Nodules and Crystal stalks are found all over the map.

Caves

Cautious Cavern Explosion icon.png Electricity icon.png

Cautious Cavern is located just past the eastern side of the map, accessible only after destroying both a crystal wall and an electrified fence beyond that, just next to a hidden tunnel. Based loosely off of an abandoned factory or quarry, Rock Pikmin and Yellow Pikmin are recommended for entering the cave. This cave has six sublevels.

Crystal Caverns Pit icon.png Fire icon.png Water icon.png

The Crystal Caverns is accessible from the western underground den side, after destroying a crystal wall in the way of the tunnel. This cave has five sublevels, and Red Pikmin are mainly recommended for this cave due to the fire hazards in it, and Blue Pikmin for some enemy types.

Scorched Patches Explosion icon.png Fire icon.png

The Scorched Patches is located in the center of the map. Due to the enemies within it, Rock Pikmin and Red Pikmin are recommended.

Explorer's Exit Fire icon.png Electricity icon.png Explosion icon.png Water icon.png

Explorer's Exit is located just at the northern tip of the map, accessible only after unlocking all of the Pikmin. This cave is not only the longest in the game, lasting for up to eight sublevels, but also has the most hazards which require all Pikmin types. Each level has you fight against a metallic version of a previous boss left by the Oozore.
