The Reality Bulborb is a unique grub-dog appearing in Pikmin: Attack of the Breadbugs, being found in the Spark Chamber of Dangerous Depths, protecting the magnetic shard. While idle, the Reality Bulborb will stand completely motionless until Olimar and his Pikmin approach, prompting it to trudge towards them. Its movements are generally fluid but regularly abruptly skip forward or stutter. Remarkably, the Reality Bulborb can teleport, typically behind its prey, phase through obstacles in its path, and drop through the ground only to reappear on it moments later. Pikmin latched onto the Reality Bulborb when it teleports will fall to the ground and be depetaled upon impact. Upon defeat, it collapses onto the ground much like a standard bulborb, but also quickly disintegrates, leaving nothing behind except some pellets and the magnetic shard.
