Appearance in Pikmin 1 and Pikmin 2. |
Stick bridges are a type of bridge initially found as a bundle of wood, typically on one side of a gap or body of water or near a ledge. Pikmin that are set to work on them will gradually construct the wood into a bridge that goes over the obstruction or acts as a ramp to or from a nearby ledge. Some enemies can chew apart stick bridges and progressively revert them into piles.
In Pikmin 2, stick bridges can have gas pipes embedded in them, but once a few segments have been built, the pipes may be destroyed.
