The Lava Goolix is a mutated form of the Goolix, created by merging the genetic information of a Fiery Bulblax with its own. These creatures are very rambunctious and try to kill every enemy in the area except any Fiery Bulblaxes. They never go near the edge of an area. They sometimes merge with another Lava Goolix and grow. The Lava Goolix's membrane stays when it is defeated which gives a whopping 100 Pikmin sprouts. This pesky puddle spurts fumes in the shape of balls at Pikmin, and only Red Pikmin can withstand their heat. Also, Red Pikmin only can go inside the puddle of lava because other Pikmin would burst into flames.

The Molten Goolix is a boss unique to Pikmin: Theme Park.
It's a crimson Goolix with a bit of lava and molten orbs in it.
The Goolix itself cannot be turned in for Pokos. However, the orbs are worth 1,500 Pokos each.
The Molten Goolix lives in the final Sublevel - Sublevel 10 - of the Fire And Water Warzone attraction in Heatwave Rollercoaster.
This Goolix appears first as a puddle of lava. Sending in Crimson Pikmin after it will awaken it. Send in more to kill it. If killed, it will drop its orbs and split INTO TWO MORE. They are weaker than the original and have no orbs. Killing these finishes the boss and gives you access to the geyser.
The Molten Goolix is the molten counterpart of the Goolix, which appears at Sublevel 5 of the very same attraction.

The Lava Goolix is a miniboss in Pikmin: Ultimate Doom. They are found in sublevel five of the Molten Mezzanine and sublevels three and five of Hot Hemorrhage.

The Magmix is a volcanic cell puddle. It has a molten body that is protected by stone plates, making it somewhat resemble a bomb rock. To defeat a Magmix, its rocky exterior must be broken away, either using bomb rocks or by having Purple Pikmin pound on them. Once its body is revealed, Red Pikmin can be used to attack it.
