Olimar reads the report of strange phenomena about some [[Pikmin family|Pikmin]] fighting some agitated creatures with whited-out eyes, and a small, red-eyed [[Indigo Pikmin]] involved in the fight. This trail of the phenomena leads all the way to a strange hole known as the Poltermin Cavern. The source was on a strange island far away from the landing site. Without hesitation, Olimar and Louie descend on PNF-404 on yet another mission, to save the planet for their dear friends, the Pikmin. Story
Olimar had just returned from an interstellar vacation, with Louie tagging along, and just then they receive a transmission from the Pikmin Planet. Olimar reads the report of strange phenomena about some Pikmin fighting some agitated creatures with whited-out eyes, and a small, red-eyed Indigo Pikmin involved in the fight.
