Plot

The Pikmin need a permanent leader, so they attempt to take over the planet by making their superiors into Pikmin. Louie, after eating a portion of the Waterwraith, turns evil. He is also mad at being left behind after Alph accidentally crashed into the S.S. Dolphin, which he and Olimar were in. Louie assumes the role of the Pikmins' leader and continually tries to destroy Olimar and Alph later on. Both sides battle each other to see who is left behind on the planet.
