Pikmin
- Red Pikmin – immune to fire.
- Yellow Pikmin – able to be thrown taller than normal Pikmin, and is immune to and conducts electricity.
- Blue Pikmin – immune to water.
- Purple Pikmin – the strongest but has a lower throwing range compared to normal Pikmin, and can break glass, removing the need for Rock Pikmin. Also has an Onion.
- White Pikmin – immune to poison, poison enemies that eat them, and are capable of finding hidden treasures. Also has an Onion.
- Winged Pikmin – can fly, and carry objects while flying.
- Green Pikmin – stronger when caring for plant-based treasure or fighting plant-based enemies, and can survive nighttime predators.
- Bulbmin – immune to all elemental hazards, and is able to bypass enemies without being damaged. They can also be found on the surface and have an Onion.
- Spike Pikmin – does not attack, but its spikes on its body damage enemies.
