The Titan Dweevil is one of the largest members of the dweevil family. Unlike other dweevils, its only natural attack is to lash out with its pincers, which does no damage and is only an attempt to get Pikmin off it; the creature is only really dangerous it weaponizes treasures and other objects.

Unlike other dweevils, its only natural attack is to lash out with its pincers, which does no damage and is only an attempt to get Pikmin off it; the creature is only really dangerous because of the weapons it carries. It is initially burrowed into the ground in such a way that only the treasures it is carrying are visible. When approached, it rapidly rises from the ground and attacks.

Titans Dweevils are usually found burrowed into the ground in such a way that only the treasures they are carrying are visible. When approached, they rapidly rise from the ground and attack.
The Titan Dweevil has four weapons at its disposal. Each of them can be knocked off of the beast and salvaged as treasure. Pikmin must be thrown at a weapon, either while it is mounted on the dweevil's hide or on its hands. Sufficiently damaging a weapon will cause it to begin smoking, and the effects of its use to be more dangerous and potent. Damaging a malfunctioning weapon further will detach it from the Titan Dweevil, which will not pick it up again.

Weapons
When it's time to attack, the Titan Dweevil chooses which weapon to use from the available ones, with more damaged weapons having a higher chance of being chosen. Additionally, right before using an attack, the creature will turn into the color that symbolizes the hazard of the chosen weapon.
Titan Dweevils are notorious for weaponizing objects such as treasures. Right before using the attack, the creature will turn into the color that symbolizes the hazard of the chosen weapon, if any. Pikmin must be thrown at a weapon, either while it is mounted on the dweevil's hide or in its hands, and after being attacked enough times, it will detach, and will not be picked up by the boss again. After a weapon has been damaged enough, it will use a slightly different and more potent attack.

Vulnerability
After all weapons have been broken off, it will lose its armor and turn pale yellow. It can be freely attacked but does not have any counterattacks at this stage other than shaking off Pikmin. When defeated, the Titan Dweevil will seemingly melt into a bubbly, bluish goop.
After every weapon has been broken off, it will lose its armor and turn pale yellow. All that must be done now is throwing Pikmin at its body. It does not have any counterattacks at this stage other than shaking off Pikmin and making them lose their flowers.

When defeated, the Titan Dweevil will seemingly melt into a bubbly, bluish goop. The weapons can be picked up as treasures. As a bonus, if the Titan Dweevil is defeated when it is petrified, it will drop 10 random sprays.
