The Plateau of Eternity is the fifth area in Pikmin: Interstellar Cryptid. Located in the Himalayas, the Plateau of Eternity is situated on a frozen cliff face, with many Buddhist temples, prayer flags strung above the playing field, and slopes leading into pits that Puffy Blubbugs constantly fall into. Most of the area is blocked by a few jars, meaning Roacher is required for much of the exploration. Coincidentally, the All-Purpose Medicinal Press is found in this area, unlocking night expeditions and kickstarting Roacher's recovery. Also in this area is a cave that contains the Sumidagium Reactor, the final ship part. Collecting this part causes an event that leads to Cadaverous Ruins in Giant's Bald Spot being unlocked. The Ice Pikmin's Onion can be found being guarded by a Coldstare Spitvipe.

Its associated night expedition is called "Mountains of Madness", and is meant to be the most dangerous to take on. Its boss is the Magnum Centicrane.
