The Polished Molluskroll is a boss shelldice appearing in Pikmin 2... Again?. It is a vaguely snail-like creature, having eyestalks with purple eyes and black pupils, a siphon-like mouth containing an anteater-like tongue, two other appendages that resemble its mouth but are not, and a shell with 20 sides like a 20-sided die. Each side has a single hole on it. The Polished Mulluskroll may attack by rolling, extending its mouth and then its tongue from it to eat Pikmin, or extending its mouthlike appendages to spew wither gas from them. The wither clouds linger for some moments. Pikmin and leaders can be crushed by it if it rolls on them. Sometimes, its eyes will peek out of its shell, where they can be struck by a thrown Dart Pikmin to damage the creature. Upon defeat, it will die within its shell.
