Obstacle

A toy robot is a mechanical toy serving as an obstacle. Collecting a treasure or other object it holds firmly in its hands usually requires turning the toy on with a power source such as electricity or batteries or winding it up so that it drops the object. It can also be used to clear otherwise indestructible obstacles in its path, or even serve as a threat by marching about in a set area and trampling anything it treads on. Sometime after being powered on, a toy robot will power off again, usually after having served its purpose, but toy robots that are always active never turn off on their own.

Hazards None

Toy robots are obstacles in Pikmin 2... Again?. They resemble generic toy robots but are heavily damaged to the point of having no legs and only one arm. They typically hold a treasure or other object of interest in their hand, high enough that Pikmin can not reach it. Having Pikmin heave enough Mini Reactors into the toy's battery compartment will power it, and during its activity, it will lower its object before promptly powering off.
