The Jackfruit is a miniboss appearing in Pikmin 2... Again?. It is exclusive to The Amazing New Update!!, appearing only in the mission 5. Jackfruit is a giant and 3D version of the Jackfruit, a plant appearing in the chinese version of Plants vs. Zombies 2. At first, it'll won't be visible, it'll appear on the temple once Orimario and Looigi buy tickets to open the temple's doors with the Pokos earned from treasures, reaching the Sacred Sardines, but before they can catch it, White Scarf appears and steals it, causing the Jackfruit to break through the wall and roll toward the Pikmin and leaders, crushing them if it rolls over them, and instantly downing leaders. If the Jackfruit collides with a object in the way, it'll be stalled, before it breaks the obstacle before resuming to roll toward them. At a certain part, the Jackfruit gets stuck between two pillars, being defeated, and so Orimario and Looigi escape it, winning. If Jackfruit is close enough, it'll scream as it rolls, this stops after it gets stuck between the two pillars. If Jackfruit is close enough, it'll be heard singing "Tunak tunak tun, tunak tunak tun, tunak tunak tun da da da", a reference to its Almanac entry.
