The Hydrowisp (ハイドロウィスプ?) is similar to the Honeywisp, but has a blueish interior, moves a little slower, and carries a droplet of water from its bottom. When hit it releases its payload, any Pikmin under and around the droplet when it splatters on the ground will begin to drown, making Blue Pikmin the best choice against them.
