Gas pipes are hazardous obstacles that are small tubes that emit poison gas in a constant stream, or, in some fanon games, at regular intervals. Some are embedded within bramble gates or stick bridges. As they constantly emit poison, White Pikmin, which withstand poison, generally must be used to deactivate them, by attacking them. Alternatively, some enemies can be used to deactivate them.

Below this point is where users place their version of gas pipes.

Gas geysers are a returning obstacle in Pikmin: Decayed Leaf. They are small geysers located in the ground, with tiny mushrooms around them. They will constantly emit gas in a large area; choking and poisoning any non-White Pikmin who go near the geyser. White Pikmin can be used to disable the geyser by attacking it. Some gas geysers may be indestructible.

Gas pipes are indestructible objects in Pikmin V. They appear as metal pipes arcing just out of the ground that have holes in them that the gas leaks out of. The only way to deactivate the pipe and allow passage is to find a valve to shut off the gas flow.
