The Luring Slurker is a large umbloda that can drink water using the appendage hanging under it, and can freeze water into chunks of ice to throw at leaders and Pikmin form a protective shield around itself. Although it is out of reach most of the time, hitting its appendage enough causes it to fall to the ground, where it can be damaged. It won't hesitate to slam its appendage onto Pikmin or leaders, although the attack doesn't hurt them, and will try to slam down onto them if it feels particularly threatened. Additionally, during the final phase of the fight against the Luring Slurker, the water level in its arena periodically rises and lowers.
