The Seedbagger is a returning enemy appearing in Pikmin: Decayed Leaf. The creature resembles its hp incarnation. It is usually initially found wandering about a cave's sublevels, and it's extremely rare for one to appear in a sublevel where it’s not usually supposed to, with a 1.5% chance of occurring. If the Seedbagger is damaged, it will run off, and if sufficiently damaged, it will release every gold nugget it had swallowed, exploding into a bright burst of fireworks. Dart Pikmin can pop the enemy instantly, while Cactus Pikmin can do extra damage. If not killed in a timely manner, it will burrow into the ground and disappear.

While it does have some set spawn points where it always appears in; the Seedbagger can appear in any sublevel of any cave. The Seedbagger is a large, passive creature that stores sparklium seeds inside its translucent body and relinquishes them upon death. It moves fairly slowly and has no means of offense, and when attacked, it scrambles to retreat by burrowing into the ground.

Hey! That weird beast has a belly full of gold! Hunt him down! – The ship, upon discovering the Seedbagger

The Seedbagger is a returning enemy appearing in Pikmin: Decayed Leaf. The large, amorphous creature can only be found inside of caves. While it does have some set spawn points where it always appears in; the Seedbagger can appear in any sublevel of any cave. However, the chances of this happening is extremely rare; as the Seedbagger only has a 1.5% chance of spawning on the current sublevel a player is in. Notes

 • P3 Data file icon.png Data file #1: Seedbaggers can be extremely fast and agile. Try to outflank them with your squad, and take them out with a charge.

Olimar's notes

Seedbaggers come from a line of creatures that feed off of gold and other stones; similar to the Lithopod family. The gold that Seedbaggers eat contain very vital minerals that help the creature survive. Due to the long process it takes for the Seedbagger to digest solid gold; it can mainly be found sleeping above ground. If threatened, it may lighten its gold load so it can escape from any predators.

Louie's notes

The gold these critters eat give them a much more rich flavor. Thinly slice the skin off of these creatures, and melt them over nachos as a foreign cheese substitute!

President’s notes

CREATURES FULL OF GOLD! CREATURES FULL OF GOLD..!!! SOMEONE WAKE ME UP.. I MUST BE DREAMING!!

Overlord’s thoughts

I feel bad for this little bugger. I know it’s in his nature for him to snack on pure gold, but this leaves him an open target for a few greedy Hocotations.. hopefully they don’t tell anyone else about my home world.
